Courier companies charge differently for these two shipping methods. Since we currently ship through third-party courier partners such as DTDC, FedEx, Delhivery, and Ekart, their COD charges are higher compared to prepaid orders.
In prepaid orders, we only pay the basic shipping cost, which is usually around ₹100 for a normal shipment. However, in COD orders, the courier company charges us additional fees because:
